To be honest, if you left the faction then your house accedes to the faction and they can do what they wish with it.

Well on a different note,

Murck has been repeatedly showing up at Albion for the past few days. One second he's there, the next he has gone. Pretty positive he has set his /home in there and as previously discussed, this was a pain in the ass to deal with

(p.s Nos had a similar situation)

He did this while I was still in the faction.

Were you in the process of leaving the faction? I know you guys left on bad terms so I can understand that, if you were in the process of leaving, they would want to tear down your place.

I handed back power and said "I might join Diamond" at the time I didn't have intentions of doing so any time soon as I wanted to finish my project. I'm assuming Yew took it the wrong way and thought I was gonna leave right then. So Murck got the idea to bust a hole in my wall and prepare to kill me. I don't expect or truly want a ban, but at least a good warning/blackmark.
