We wan't to establish ourselves as a neutral peacekeeping faction on the server, not taking anyones side. We wage war against those who fight unjust and against the weak.

Why do you think you deserve a faction sub-forum?
Because our enemy list is too long and we need to have clear rules of engagement for PvP, so players know what they are dealing with. It also means we can be more organized as a faction.
