Question regarding minecraft mania

Okay so I know this server uses the plugin, but I'm running into problems. It seems that some of the signs for the plugin are not working properly. Are all components of this mod updated? I checked out the mod website and it appears as of 5 minutes before this post, there were a whole bunch of updates to specific files in the mod package. My specific concern is the "Elevator" signs. Are they disabled or are they supposed to be working yet aren't for whatever reason. I'd like to get my minecart jumping up and down on the Y axis, but after numerous attempts tonight they all failed.

Craftbook plug-in is not installed yet

Right, but this isn't craftbook. This is part of the minecraft mania mod which according to this: http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1025&t=233024 says it's on this server.

thats MineCART* mania -.- .......and it has absolutely nothing to do with Elevator signs or what your asking about. Its Craftbook <--
