Do CTRL + F and look for "warp speed bug" without the quotes.
That's the problem you're having, it gives a fairly short explanation. You can attempt to fix it by altering your system clock. It's interesting that the bug started on its own and not from you changing the clock yourself, so it may be a result of the Daylight Savings time change. I don't have a complete fix for you because I don't know how yours would've started on its own, but if I find one, I'll post it in here for you.
