Server Rules **READ**

Please read these rules. By applying to the server and getting accepted, you are considered to have read and understood the rules. Breaking these rules will incur a fine, jail or ban.

• No Racism, Sexism, Homophobia (This includes player skins).
  
• Discussions about Religion and Politics must be kept to the Debate channel (in game: /ch debate). Debates must be kept civil and respectful. If something disrespectful or insulting is said, either PM a mod/admin/owner on the forum or use /mail on the server [See: Messaging Guide] if someone of authority is not online at the time.
  
• Use the trade channel for trading, use the debate channel for debate, use the local channel whenever you are in the vicinity of those whom you are chatting to.
  
• Listen to the Admins. They uphold the rules, so not listening to them is not listening to the rules.
  
• Be respectful to other players. Bullying will not be tolerated.
  
• Don't be a dickhead.
  
• Don't try to purposefully piss off the owners/admins, you won't get very far.
  
• Speak English.
  
• No hacking, duping, cheating, exploits, or x-ray texture packs. The use of mods that benefit you over other players is forbidden.
  
• No excessive complaining. If you have a grievance, message an owner/admin [See: Messaging Guide] or post it on the forum (with evidence).
  
• Minimum of 2 people to create a faction. [See: Factions Guide]
  
• Griefing is allowed in the wilderness, but not in faction protected areas, spawn, roads, or public railways. [See: Factions Guide]
  
• Stealing is allowed everywhere, so lock your chests. [See: Locking Guide]
  
• No spawn killing of /home'ing inside other factions' land.
  
• No pillars, random crafting benches or floating trees.
  
• No spamming the in-game chat.
  
• No repeatedly killing yourself to increase your acrobatic skill.
  
• No repeatedly logging out during combat.
